This block was difficult on so many different levels.

• Remembering hearing those words spoken to you “You have breast cancer” is a phrase you will never forget.
• Finding fabrics was not easy
• Fussy cutting those fabrics to get the sentiment right

I spent more money on this block as I didn’t have much left over from the small quilt I made using all the breast cancer fabrics I had.

It did feel good to be back at the cutting table today though.
