Last minute February post

You would think with all the snow that Minnesota has gotten this month I would have gotten a lot of crafting done – well you would be wrong.

New job, getting used to new routines, and winter blues just got the best of me this month. I need some fabric to fill in some holes in a project that’s all over my table right now and with the icky weather we’ve been having I just don’t want to drag myself to the fabric stores to get it.

I did do 1 row/column in my sample project: Braid

Now I can say I’ve done it because I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. That was slow going. I can’t image how long it would take to do a whole border with that layout = patience!

There is an error in it but I was able to work it out.

I need to do 1 or 2 more ‘rows’ in this, then I will be able to put it all together – ha!
